Any return of goods in request for a full refund will only be entertained within 7 days from the date of purchase with all the following conditions met:

• Proof of purchase receipt
• All original packaging and accessories associated with the device is return in good working condition and free from visible damages
• Free gifts and vouchers associated with purchased; if any is return in good working condition and free from visible damages.

If there are any requests for returns or refunds made after 7 days from the date of purchase, kindly submit the warranty claim form together with all the necessary documents and/or items as stated above. All refund process will take up to 14 working days from the date we receive all necessary items and documents and the method of refund would be the same as the initial payment method during purchase.

The purchaser is responsible in making sure that all necessary documents and/or items are delivered to INAT Eco Sdn Bhd service centre at their own expenses. Failure to do so will only delay the return process and the refund request will be rejected. Collection of documents and/or items after will be at the purchaser own expenses as well.

Proof of posting is not a proof of receipt. Kindly contact us if you do not hear from us after 48 hours of posting.
